| History |
Born in Richmond, VA to parents Kai and Saya Jones. He spent the first four years of life in Richmond but later moved to the small town of Inola, Oklahoma. He was a very quiet and Subdued child. He didn't have any frineds until the family moved and once they did became friends with the next door neighbors daughter Gara Clement They were very close, spending most of their time together. At the age of eighteen they both entered the academy where he decided to nurture his love of flying and decided to study propulsion and Starship Piloting. During his time at the Academy he and Gara grew apart as they were in different fields of study. They were still close just not as close as they once were.
Keiris' cadet cruise was aboard the USS Planck. During a mission to Jupiter the ship was heavily damaged Keiri who was in engineering at the time of the incident had to make his way from engineering to the bridge. Only three people survived the mission Keiri, His Instructor Lt. Dorvan Lar, and another Cadet Edmund Murphy.
Upon graduation Ensign Jones was assinged to the USS Odyssey. His first assignment as a member of the Odysseys crew was to man the tactical station during a battle with a Klingon ship, The Kovor after the dissaperence of both ships away teams during an archeological expedition to a planet near Klingon space.
Once that mision ws settled the Odyssey was waitinf for it's next assignment when it was pulled through a temporal rift to the year 2443 Where the Federation was at war with the Transwarp Aliens. A species that lives in a layer of sub-space that was being damaged by the use of the Transwarp drivers installed on all ships in the Frontier Fleet.
During this time Keiri met his son. His son told him that he died when the Odyssey was destroyed. He also learned that within the next fifty years he would marry and divorce Gara and marry again the second woman would be Keiri Jr. mother.
The reason they had been brought tp the future was so they could be sent back and try to covince Stafleet command to stop using Transwarp. Upon thier return The Odyssey Captain convinced Starfleet command to stop the use of transwarp except in emergencies.
After this mission Keiri was informed that his family had been injured in a fire. He left his service aboard the Odyssey to return home and be with his parents. Right after he returned he discovered that a Klingon who was out for revenge was responsible for the fire and the Klingon was captured by Starfleet intelligence. |

When Keiri entered the Academy he was very shy and didn't interact with people very well but through his time at the Academy he got past that phobia and seemed to become a compotent cadet.
Has a phobia of physical contact. He dose not like to touch people or to be touched by people.
He also gets very nervous when speaking to officers of Flag rank. He sweats and tends to stutter and misspeak in these sutuations. |

Tends to withdraw in pressure situations, Has gotten better about this, but still has bad moments.
While on duty Keiri Pulls his hair back to be within the uniform code, but while off duty he let's it down.
Is a bit claustrophobic he gets nervous in small spaces. Tries to avoid such spaces like Jeffries Tubes and small rooms. |
