| History |
Rob grew up in a suburb outside San Francisco, CA USA where he grew up watching Starfleet shuttles and ships frequently land. Both his grandfather and grandmother served aboard Starfleet ships as tactical personnel, and Rob found it appealing to follow in their footsteps. Still, he has made it clear he is out to make a name for himself, and does not allow his grandparents prior positions to influence his day to day activities in anyway.

| Rob firmly believes in following the rules in almost every situation. Some though, such as fraternizing with fellow officers, he has ignored from his first day at the Academy, and treats other "unimportant" rules in a similar fashion. He is charming and personable, and prides himself on being able to get any women to laugh. |

| Rob is a smart tactical officer, and prides himself on being able to help coordinate and run battle tactics, both in man to man combat and ship battles. He also runs regularly and has completed numerous Starfleet obstacles and challenge courses in near record time. |
