| Jesús is a fairly average looking guy. He does have a prosthetic leg due to a training accident at Starfleet Academy. Jesús walks with slight limp due to this. |
| History |
Jesús comes from a fleet family and five generations of Martinez' have held command rank at Starfleet. His great-grandfather reached the rank of Fleet Admiral. Jesus was brought up in Mexico City by his aunt from the age of 3. His father was given command of the USS Iliad, a deep space exploration ship and his mother was a councellor. All communication was lost with the Iliad when Jesús was 5 and the ship was declared missing. 3 years later the Iliad was declared lost with all hands. Jesús grandfather, Commodore Cesar Martinez looked after Jesús from the ages of 9 onwards after the death of his aunt. Cesar raised Jesús as if he was a cadet and pushed him towards a carrer in starfleet.
Jesús has served on the USS Helena but found starship duty difficult with his prosthetic. He transferred to station duty serving as an operations officer on McKinlay station, Starbase 236 and Deep space 4 before being given the Chief of operations positions on Pandora station. |

| Fairly steady and dependable. Has a chip on his shoulder for not being promoted and receives a lot of hassle from his Grandfather for not being a better officer. Has not let his accident affect him but does realise the limitations of what he can do without his leg. |
