I was in Eindhoven this week...
This time there was no train between Eindhoven and Weert on the way back. Yay!
First: the train from Eindhoven to Venlo. An old train (the Dutch Railways bought them from the Belgium railways, because they didn't want them anymore, they renovated them though, but still...) where it was impossible to use my laptop to continue writing on a post, but I could read my book (novelisation of the movie Serenity, by Keith R.A. DeCandido)
In the train from Venlo to Roermond (luckily I didn't have to wait at all for that one in Venlo) working with a laptop should have been easier, but I wasn't the only one who wanted that train. It was so full I couldn't even read my book, so that sucked.
Turns out (at least without a wait for a train in Venlo, and often there *is* a wait) that the trip back took only about 20 minutes longer than usual by train, which means I was home only 30 minutes later. Still, it sucked
Ah well, Spring/Carnival vacation now (and then a few exam weeks without exams) with only an assignment that needs to be done in 4 weeks. Woo! Time to post!
