Summary
The Valkyrie continues to be running the barest minimum of systems - life support only - as all other power is diverted to the deflector dish, in order to power the anti-leptonfilef that keeps the subspace rifts at bay.
Ensigns Alvarez and Schofield have launched the Brunhilde, in an attempt to take some of the load of the anti-lepton field away from the Valkyrie's main deflector, only to be captured by a rogue Orion pirate.
CSO PaRel has launched Klingon Ambassador Kregal inside a modified probe, hoping that the Ambassador will be able to negotiate with those who had been attacking the Valkyrie from within the rifts.
Ensigns Lowbridge and Finlay - together with Engineer Sahlpass - have managed to make some crude modifications to a transporter coil, and have it powered from a number of now dismantled phasers and tricorders. The coil has enough power for one transport at a time, before taking several minutes to recharge.
The crew on the bridge have become aware of the presence of the Orion ship, and fear the capture of their colleagues, while the acting CO has opted to climb down the turbolift shaft in a bid to reach Main Engineering - hoping they'll have an answer for the power problems.
