The Malurian system is inhabited by the Malurians. (ENT: Civilization) In the mid 23rd century, there were 4 populated planets in the Malurian system. The last census reported that there were four billion people living in the Malurian system. In 2265, the probe Nomad eradicated all life in the system. (TOS: The Changeling)

System whose star, Minara, was nearing the nova stage on Stardate 5121.5. Six months prior to Stardate 5121, a research station was established on the second planet to make close-up study of the star as its end approached. Gem was from the Minarian system. There were two inhabited planets in the Minarian system. (TOS: The Empath)

In an alternate timeline, the Xindi destroyed a convoy of Earth ships in the Mutara system while they were enroute to Ceti Alpha V. The Vulcans came to their aid after receiving a distress call, but they found only debris. (ENT: Twilight)
